MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) has been meeting at our church for over 10 years! This worldwide ministry partners with local churches on a mission to encourage and equip moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders, in relationship with Jesus. The MOPS program provides 16 lessons for the months of September-May and has a leadership team that leads the discussions, manages membership fees, hospitality, communication, and creative activities.

The FPC MOPS group meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday morning of each month from 9:15-11:30 AM in the Youth Center. There are usually about 25 moms who attend. Each year has different group of moms as the children grow up! Many of these moms have children in our Day School and Mothers Mornings Out programs, but ALL are welcome!

If you are currently a mom with a preschooler, please consider joining this wonderful group of women! If you would like to help support the MOPS ministry at FPC, here are some ways to participate:

Rock a baby during the meeting times.
Donate money to pay for childcare (provided by our Childcare Ministry) so moms with financial hardships can attend.
Donate diapers and/or baby wipes.
Be a mentor to moms by coming to meeting and visiting with them.
Pray for these moms and their family’s spiritual growth.
