Call to Worship - Robert Galloway
Wisdom calls out to all people;
her voice rises above the noise of the world.
She was with God before the first dawn.
Wisdom rejoices in creation and delights in humanity.
She invites us to walk in the way of understanding.
When we walk in the way, we live in grace and rejoice in hope.
Let us worship God.
*Processional Hymn #1: “Holy, Holy, Holy! Lord God Almighty!” NICAEA
Call to Confession - Mike Hurtubise
Prayer of Confession - Mike Hurtubise
God of love, you offer peace, but we hold on to worry. You pour out grace, but we act as if it is scarce. You call us to grow, but we try to avoid discomfort. We speak more than we listen, and we move faster than we pray. We miss the joy of your presence because we focus on ourselves. Forgive us, O Lord. Renew your Spirit in us, so we may live more fully into your grace and truth.
Assurance of Pardon - Mike Hurtubise
…Friends, believe the good news: In Jesus Christ, we are forgiven!
Passing the Peace - Mike Hurtubise
…The peace of Christ be with you. And also with you.
*Response #582: “Glory to God Whose Goodness Shines on Me” (v. 1) GLORY TO GOD
Glory to God, whose goodness shines on me, and to the Son, whose grace has pardoned me, and to the Spirit, whose love has set me free. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be. Amen.

*Hymn #8: “Eternal Father, Strong to Save” MELITA
*Affirmation of Faith: Nicene Creed (unison) - Robert Galloway
We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father; through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven, was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became truly human. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Prayer of Dedication - Ann Murray
Please join me in a unison Prayer of Dedication:
Gracious God, we offer these gifts with joy and thanksgiving. We present our tithes, offerings, and our very lives. Take them and multiply them for the benefit of all and for the glory of your name. Help us to be joyful partners as we build up the kingdom here on earth. Through Christ, we have access to grace beyond measure, so may our giving reflect the abundance of your love. We pray all this in the name of our triune God, the Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer. Amen.
Prayers of the People and the Lord’s Prayer - Robert Galloway
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done. On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
